Delete your Japan Alerts data

On your phone

In the app, open Settings, then Offline Data, and tap Clear offline data. This removes the shelters saved on your device for offline use.

Uninstalling the app removes its settings and saved data from your phone. On iPhone, an anonymous identifier may stay in the system keychain and be reused if you reinstall the app. To break that link, ask us to delete your data on our servers (below).

On our servers

To delete the data we keep on our servers (your profile, preferences, group data and conversion record), contact us through the contact form in the app, or write to contact@artisanlogiciel.com.

We erase it within 30 days at most and confirm by reply.
